1. Operatorul de date

Atelier de Production S.R.L., înregistrată în România (CUI 41572352), cu sediul social în Intrarea Buzești nr. 75-77, Etaj 7, Sector 1, 011016 București, România, care operează BuyPensionYears. Contact: contact@buypensionyears.com.

2. Ce date colectăm

Exclusiv datele pe care le introduci în formularele acestei pagini și datele tehnice atașate trimiterii:

• Contact: adresa ta de email; în formularul „Întrebări?”, și numele (opțional) și textul întrebării tale.
• Interes pentru consiliere telefonică (doar dacă completezi formularul de sub rezultat): numărul de telefon (phone), limba preferată (pref_lang) și, opțional, intervalul preferat (pref_time). Serviciul este în pregătire; nu promitem un termen și te sunăm doar dacă serviciul se lansează.
• Verificare pentru altcineva din familie: pentru cine faci verificarea (mode, relationship) și, opțional, prenumele persoanei — folosit doar ca să formulăm rezultatul și emailul la persoana a treia. Nu colectăm nicio dată de contact a acelei persoane; emailul este întotdeauna al tău. Dacă verifici mai multe persoane într-o sesiune, rezultatele lor (răspunsuri, prenume opțional, cifre estimate) sunt trimise împreună cu emailul cu rezultatul (cases).
• Linkuri partajate: dacă trimiți rezultatul pe WhatsApp sau copiezi linkul, răspunsurile verificării (și prenumele, dacă l-ai scris) sunt păstrate sub un cod aleator, ca linkul să funcționeze. Linkul nu conține emailul tău sau alte date de contact, iar codul nu este legat de emailul tău.
• Opțiunile tale: dorința unui apel scurt, dacă devine posibil (callback), alertă înainte de termen (alert — pe care o bifezi tu după afișarea rezultatului sau în fereastra de ieșire), versiunea consimțământului acceptat (consent_version).
• Evenimente de utilizare, fără email: încărcarea paginii (landed, cu browserul, mărimea ecranului, tipul conexiunii și timpul de încărcare), ce ai vrut să afli (intent_selected: eligibilitate / cumpărare de ani / suma / doar ghidul), intervalul de ani din UK ales (years_band) și intervalul de ani lucrați în afara UK (outside_years_band), pasul la care ai ajuns în verificare (gate_shown, gate_cta_clicked, email_field_focused, consent_checked, gate_submitted, survey_complete, calc_complete, gate_abandoned, gate_abandoned_void), pentru cine verifici și ce vrei să faci mai departe (mode_selected, relationship, intent), verificări suplimentare și partajări (second_case_added, share_clicked, share_token), rezultatul „la vârsta de pensie” (postspa), un identificator aleator de sesiune (sess) care leagă între ele evenimentele din aceeași vizită, ruta rezultatului, anii calificați și limba. Aceleași nume de evenimente (plus waitlist_submitted, callback_requested, question_sent) sunt transmise etichetei Google Ads ca evenimente de conversie, fără email și fără sume.
• Răspunsurile la verificare: ce ai vrut să afli (intent), anii din UK așa cum i-ai declarat — interval sau număr exact (years_input, band), intervalul de ani lucrați în afara UK (outside_band) și numărul folosit în calcul (qy: capătul de jos al intervalului), situația (situation), anul nașterii (birth), ani din trecut care ar putea fi deschiși (buyable), ruta rezultatului (route), țara/zona de rezidență (zone), dacă ai depășit vârsta de pensionare (postspa), confirmarea rezidenței neîntrerupte (residence_ok, cu pragul întrebat în residence_years: 10 ani), dacă ai depus o cerere la HMRC până pe 5 aprilie 2026 (applied: da / nu / nu știu).
• Rezultatul afișat (doar când ceri emailul cu rezultatul; dacă părăsești pagina înainte de rezultatul complet, emailul pleacă cu ce avem și este marcat partial=1): pensie estimată acum (pension_now), pensie estimată după cumpărare (pension_after), cost total estimat (cost_total), zile rămase (days_left).
• Date tehnice: nivelul de interes (tier), sursa formularului (source), limba (lang), parametrii din adresa paginii (query), codul de recomandare (ref), adresa paginii (page), ora trimiterii (ts) și ora primirii pe server.

Nu colectăm numele, adresa, CNP-ul, numărul National Insurance sau date de plată prin această pagină.

3. Scopurile prelucrării

• Rularea verificării și afișarea rezultatului.
• Trimiterea rezultatului și a ghidului pe email, dacă le-ai cerut.
• Lista de așteptare opțională: să-ți scriem dacă și când va exista ajutor cu cererea, și noutăți despre reguli.
• Consilierea telefonică, opțională și în pregătire: să te sunăm dacă și când serviciul devine disponibil, în limba și intervalul indicate. Fără termen promis.

4. Temeiul legal

Consimțământul tău (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. a RGPD), cerut separat pentru fiecare scop: (1) primirea rezultatului și a ghidului pe email — căsuța de sub rezultatul estimativ (pasul 2) sau din formularul „doar ghidul”; (3) consilierea telefonică — căsuța din formularul cu telefonul; (2) lista de așteptare — căsuța din formularul „ține-mă la curent”. Îl poți retrage oricând, fără a afecta legalitatea prelucrării anterioare. Evenimentele de utilizare fără email (secțiunea 2) se prelucrează în interesul nostru legitim de a înțelege unde se oprește verificarea (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. f RGPD); ele nu conțin date de contact.

5. Perioada de păstrare

Până la dezabonare sau cel mult 24 de luni de la ultima trimitere, oricare survine prima. După aceea datele sunt șterse sau anonimizate.

6. Destinatari și împuterniciți

• Google LLC (Google Sheets și Google Apps Script) — primește și stochează trimiterile formularului.
• Resend, Inc. — trimite emailul cu rezultatul tău.
• Vercel, Inc. — găzduiește pagina.
• Plausible Insights OÜ (Plausible Analytics, UE) — statistici agregate de utilizare a paginii și a pașilor verificării, fără cookie-uri, fără identificarea persoanelor.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads) — măsurarea reclamelor și urmărirea conversiilor, adică dacă o reclamă a dus la o înscriere. Cookie-urile se setează doar după ce accepți în banner și se păstrează cel mult 90 de zile. Folosim „Consent Mode v2”: dacă refuzi sau nu alegi, eticheta Google nu setează și nu citește cookie-uri și trimite doar semnale anonimizate — adresa paginii, ora, starea consimțământului și faptul că a avut loc un eveniment de conversie, fără identificatori de utilizator, email sau sume — pe care Google le folosește pentru estimări agregate.

Unii furnizori pot prelucra date în afara UE/SEE; în acest caz transferul se bazează pe clauzele contractuale standard ale Comisiei Europene sau pe o decizie de adecvare.

7. Transferul afacerii

Dacă acest proiect sau activele sale sunt vândute, fuzionate sau transferate, datele tale pot fi transferate noului operator, care va fi obligat să respecte această politică sau să îți ceară un nou consimțământ.

8. Drepturile tale

Ai dreptul de acces, rectificare, ștergere, restricționare, portabilitate, opoziție și retragere a consimțământului. Scrie la contact@buypensionyears.com și răspundem în cel mult 30 de zile. Ai și dreptul de a depune o plângere la Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

9. Modificări

Această politică poate fi actualizată; versiunea curentă este întotdeauna publicată la această adresă, cu data actualizării.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

Only the data you enter in the forms on this page and the technical data attached to the submission:

• Contact: your email address; in the "Questions?" form, also your name (optional) and the text of your question.
• Interest in phone advice (only if you fill in the form under the result): your phone number (phone), preferred language (pref_lang) and, optionally, a preferred time (pref_time). The service is being prepared; no timeframe is promised and we only call if it goes ahead.
• Checking for a family member: who the check is for (mode, relationship) and, optionally, that person's first name — used only to word the result and the email in the third person. We collect no contact details for that person; the email is always your own. If you check several people in one session, their results (answers, optional first name, estimated figures) are sent together with the result email (cases).
• Shared links: if you send the result on WhatsApp or copy the link, the answers of that check (and the first name, if you typed one) are kept under a random code so the link works. The link carries neither your email nor any contact details, and the code is not linked to your email.
• Your options: wish for a short call, if that becomes possible (callback), deadline alert (alert — ticked by you after the result is shown, or in the exit window), the consent version you accepted (consent_version).
• Usage events, without email: the page load (landed, with the browser, screen size, connection type and load time), what you wanted to know (intent_selected: eligibility / buying years / the amount / just the guide), the UK years band you chose (years_band) and the band of years worked outside the UK (outside_years_band), the step of the check you reached (gate_shown, gate_cta_clicked, email_field_focused, consent_checked, gate_submitted, survey_complete, calc_complete, gate_abandoned, gate_abandoned_void), who you are checking for and what you want to do next (mode_selected, relationship, intent), extra checks and shares (second_case_added, share_clicked, share_token), the "at State Pension age" result (postspa), a random session identifier (sess) linking the events of one visit, the result route, qualifying years and language. The same event names (plus waitlist_submitted, callback_requested, question_sent) are sent to the Google Ads tag as conversion events, without email and without amounts.
• Your check answers: what you wanted to know (intent), the UK years as you stated them — band or exact number (years_input, band), the band of years worked outside the UK (outside_band) and the number used by the logic (qy: the lower end of the band), situation (situation), birth year (birth), back years that may be open (buyable), result route (route), country/zone of residence (zone), whether you are past State Pension age (postspa), confirmation of continuous residence (residence_ok, with the threshold asked in residence_years: 10 years), whether you applied to HMRC on or before 5 April 2026 (applied: yes / no / don’t know).
• The result shown to you (only when you ask for the result email; if you leave before the full result, the email goes out with what we have and is marked partial=1): estimated pension now (pension_now), estimated pension after buying (pension_after), estimated total cost (cost_total), days left (days_left).
• Technical data: interest level (tier), form source (source), language (lang), page URL parameters (query), referral code (ref), page address (page), submission time (ts) and server receipt time.

We do not collect your name, postal address, National Insurance number, national ID number or payment details through this page.

3. Purposes

• Running the check and showing you the result.
• Sending you the result and the guide by email, if you asked for them.
• The optional waiting list: writing to you if and when help with the application becomes available, and with news on the rules.
• Optional phone advice, still in preparation: calling you if and when the service becomes available, in the language and at the time you indicated. No timeframe promised.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), asked separately for each purpose: (1) receiving the result and the guide by email — the box under the estimate (step 2) or in the "just the guide" form; (3) phone advice — the box in the phone form; (2) the waiting list — the box in the "keep me posted" form. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. The usage events without email (section 2) are processed under our legitimate interest in understanding where the check is abandoned (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); they contain no contact details.

5. Retention

Until you unsubscribe or 24 months after your last submission, whichever comes first. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients and processors

• Google LLC (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script) — receives and stores form submissions.
• Resend, Inc. — delivers your result email.
• Vercel, Inc. — hosts the page.
• Plausible Insights OÜ (Plausible Analytics, EU) — aggregate statistics on page use and check steps, cookieless, no identification of individuals.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads) — advertising measurement and conversion tracking, that is whether an ad led to a sign-up. Cookies are set only after you accept in the banner and are kept for up to 90 days. We use "Consent Mode v2": if you refuse or make no choice, the Google tag sets and reads no cookies and sends anonymised signals only — the page address, the time, your consent state and the fact that a conversion event happened, with no user identifiers, email or amounts — which Google uses for aggregate estimates.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Business transfer

If this project or its assets are sold, merged or transferred, your data may be transferred to the new controller, who will be bound by this policy or must seek your fresh consent.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to contact@buypensionyears.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or the authority in your country of residence.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated; the current version is always published at this address with its update date.
